Love these guys, though I have never once seen them. Linda in the office is as nice and thoroughly competent as anyone could wish--I talk to her if I need extra service. Otherwise, I never need to do a thing. They come on schedule, bill routinely and make our home-away-from-home on Clear Lake livable. Reliable to the max. They were my go-to when I was slapped with a threatened fine to have a hillside behind my house cleared of fire hazardous dried growth, too.
